Lisa Zepeda is an associate in the Firm's litigation department.

Ms. Zepeda received her law degree in 2003 from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall.)  She was a S.K. Yee Scholar and was awarded a three-year, merit-based scholarship.  While at Boalt Hall, Ms. Zepeda served as the Executive Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.  Ms. Zepeda also received the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology Certificate, awarded for in-depth study of the complex legal and ethical issues at the intersection of law, technology and business.

Ms. Zepeda received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zepeda practiced in the Corporate Responsibility Section of the Department of Justice where she focused on securities and corporate governance litigation.
