Christopher O’Brien is Of Counsel with the Firm's Corporate Department, specializing in general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities disclosure, emerging company and venture capital issues, private equity transactions, intellectual property and entertainment transactional matters, public offerings and private placements.
 
Mr. O’Brien received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The American University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law School.
