Mary Ann Nguyen is an associate in the Firm's tax and litigation departments.
Ms. Nguyen received her LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law in 2010. During the LL.M. program, Ms. Nguyen was the winner of the National Law Review Law Student Writing Competition and published an article entitled, "Dissecting the Roth IRA Conversion: Is Conversion Right for Everyone?" Ms. Nguyen received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2009. Ms. Nguyen served as President of the Pepperdine Asian Pacific American Law Students Society. She also earned a Certificate of Dispute Resolution from the Strauss Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution and was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi Honor's Legal Fraternity.
Ms. Nguyen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business-Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors.
