Acquisitions

The Real Estate Department’s attorneys have been involved in numerous significant real estate transactions.  Attorneys advise clients on all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, ranging from the negotiation of the transaction to performing due diligence, advising on financing alternatives and providing structuring advice and forming the acquisition entity.  The Real Estate Department has represented both institutional and individual clients in acquisitions and dispositions of industrial projects, commercial projects, office buildings, retail and mixed use projects, hotels and resort hotel casino complexes, as well as apartment buildings and other multi-family housing.  The Real Estate Department works hand in hand with the Tax and Corporate Departments as necessary to ensure the appropriate range of ownership and investment vehicles is considered and the best option implemented.
