Insurance

The Firm's Insurance Department is divided into litigation and coverage groups, with the attorneys from each group collaborating as appropriate to obtain optimal results for clients.  The Firm's coverage group performs all requisite investigations and prepares opinion letters that almost invariably result in the resolution of claims.  The Firm's title insurance and bad faith litigation group represents insurers and insureds, in all forms of real property and title (policy and escrow) related litigation, as well as defending bad faith and other actions with significant economic impact against insurers throughout the country.
