• Negotiated the sale of a United Kingdom based music publishing catalogue to a U.S. publisher.

• Represented a private investment firm in connection with its tender offers for common stock of two of the "Big Three" automakers, following which our client was one of the largest stockholders of the respective automaker.

• Represented corporate trustee in resolving hazardous substance issues in real estate owned by the trust.

• Advised financial institutions regarding the U.S. income tax consequences from the disposition or cancellation of secured indebtedness.

• Representing Wynn Resorts Ltd. in litigation regarding the removal of their largest shareholder and the redemption of his stock.

• Successfully negotiated and documented the sale and leasing portfolio of gas stations/convenience stores.
