The Opportunity

Glaser Weil is seeking an associate to join our Firm’s sophisticated  employment practice. This role provides a unique opportunity for exposure to and experience with representing employers and employees in high-stakes litigation involving all manner of employment and wage-and-hour claims, advice and counseling, and workplace investigations.

Attractive Candidates Will Have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in employment law
  • Employment litigation experience on the defense or plaintiff side, or both preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional responsiveness and client service
  • Impeccable written, verbal and advocacy skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
  • California Bar admission

The base compensation range for this position is $245,000 - $310,000. These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation. Base compensation is only the guaranteed component of the total compensation package and does not include discretionary bonuses and the other career-enhancing opportunities of joining the Firm.
