Probate and Trust Litigation Associate

The Opportunity

Glaser Weil is seeking a junior associate to join our Firm’s probate and trust litigation practice. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior partners to counsel and provide personalized guidance to a diverse group of clients involved in probate and trust litigation.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in trust and estates
  • Probate litigation experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional responsiveness and client service
  • Impeccable written, verbal and advocacy skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and demonstrated success working and collaborating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • A can-do, inclusive, team-oriented attitude and self-starter mindset
  • Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
  • California Bar admission

The base compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation. Base compensation is only the guaranteed component of the total compensation package and does not include discretionary bonuses and the other career-enhancing opportunities of joining the Firm.
