Glaser Weil’s Michael Cypers will moderate a panel of recognized leaders in affordable housing litigation for a session titled “Year 15 201” at the American Bar Association’s Annual Conference: Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development, taking place in Washington, D.C., May 21–23.

His discussion, scheduled for May 23, will provide a deep dive into the current state of litigation surrounding Year 15 disputes, examining the most commonly litigated issues and best practices for exit documentation to mitigate future litigation risks. Each panelist was specially selected for their abundance of experience with and wealth of information on this topic.
