Glaser Weil Announces 2023 Partnership Advancements

February 15, 2023 – Glaser Weil is pleased to announce the advancement of Julie R. F. Gerchik and Lawrence M. Hadley to equity partner and Cynthia E. Organ to income partner. These elevations demonstrate the continued growth of the Firm and the achievements of these individuals:

  • Julie R. F. Gerchik – Litigation
    Julie Gerchik is a partner in the Litigation Department at Glaser Weil. She has considerable experience litigating a broad range of high-stakes matters in both federal and state courts as well as in arbitral forums. Her practice focuses on the representation of major businesses and institutions and high net worth individuals across the financial services, real estate and entertainment industries. Julie has significant experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, partnership disputes and sensitive employment matters. She is co-chair of recruiting for the Litigation Department and heads the Firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
     
  • Lawrence M. Hadley – Intellectual Property
    Lawrence “Larry” M. Hadley is a partner and chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department and co-chair of its Crisis Management & Response Department. He represents a wide range of technology-industry clients, specializing in patents, copyrights and trade secrets. Larry’s extensive experience includes intellectual property and complex litigation cases involving computer hardware and software, integrated circuit and processor design, wireless communications, medical devices, internet communications, and data compression and storage. His proficiency in technology has led him to appear in courts across the country and before the United States International Trade Commission.
     
  • Cynthia E. Organ – Litigation
    Cynthia “Cindy” Organ is a partner in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. She represents clients in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in a wide variety of matters, including employment, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and trade secret actions. Cindy’s recent trial experience includes second chairing an eight-day jury trial and a ten-day arbitration.
