Glaser Weil Welcomes San Diego Partner Alex Brizolis, Continues Adding Litigation Firepower in Southern California

San Diego, January 28, 2025 — Glaser Weil is pleased to announce that Alex Brizolis has joined the Firm as a partner in its San Diego office. A seasoned litigator with extensive experience in complex business and real estate disputes, Brizolis enhances Glaser Weil’s growing litigation capabilities in Southern California.

Brizolis brings a track record of success in high-stakes cases involving fraud, breach of contract, business interference, partnership disputes and corporate control matters, among other areas.  His litigation practice spans state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals across a variety of industries, where he has achieved significant victories, including emergency arbitrations obtaining injunctive relief and damages, an eight-figure settlement in fraud and False Claims Act litigation, and prevailing in complex matters, including trials and arbitrations, involving real estate, partnership disputes and business divorce, unfair lending practices and trade secret claims.

Brizolis earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from UCLA. He is admitted to practice in California and in multiple federal courts, including the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
