Law360 Pulse Profiles Christofferson’s Next Chapter at Glaser Weil
We’re proud to share Law360 Pulse’s recent profile of the Firm’s newest partner, Carla Christofferson. In “Glaser Weil Lands Former King & Spalding Litigator, Ex-CLO,” James Mills highlights Christofferson’s decision to join Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department in Century City.
A former partner at King & Spalding and longtime managing partner at O’Melveny & Myers, Christofferson brings more than 30 years of experience in high-stakes litigation, senior in-house leadership and business strategy. Her impressive career includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at AECOM and Chief Risk Officer at DXC Technology.
In the article, Christofferson discusses how a chance conversation with Litigation Chair Patricia Glaser led her to consider Glaser Weil—and ultimately to find the right fit.
“The Glaser Weil culture of excellence, camaraderie and collaboration was the fit that I really wanted to have in the next phase of my career,” Christofferson said. "That's what I saw in Glaser Weil. They all seem to share that common vision of excellence, working together, putting your egos aside and doing the absolute best job for your clients because that's what we're supposed to do."
She also shares her enthusiasm for the Firm’s entrepreneurial spirit, Los Angeles roots and global reach through Meritas.
