Overview

As the world accelerates toward a future defined by sustainable energy and advanced transportation technologies, companies at the forefront of these sectors face a dynamic landscape of opportunities and challenges. Glaser Weil is distinctly positioned to guide businesses through this transformative era, offering comprehensive legal and strategic counsel to navigate the complex interplay of innovation, regulation and market forces.

Our practice is built on a foundation of deep industry knowledge and multidisciplinary expertise. We serve a diverse clientele, including Fortune 100 companies, startups, venture capitalists and high-net-worth individuals, all of whom are pioneering advancements in clean energy, electric vehicles, micro transit, automation and climate tech. Our team’s experience spans the entire spectrum of advanced transportation and energy solutions—from the development of electric and autonomous vehicles to the implementation of smart grid and industrial storage solutions, renewable energy projects, green consumer products and ESG frameworks.

In this rapidly evolving environment, legal frameworks often lag behind technological progress. Our practice is dedicated to providing clients with forward-thinking advice that anticipates legal and regulatory shifts, enabling them to proceed with confidence in uncharted territories. We bring a holistic approach to our clients' legal needs, drawing on our extensive experience in intellectual property, corporate transactions, real estate and litigation. Our attorney Jeff Joyner has played pivotal roles in landmark transactions and high-stakes litigation and have been instrumental in developing industry alliances and foundations that drive economic growth and create jobs in these emerging sectors. Joyner’s involvement with organizations such as CleanTech LA and the e4 Advanced Transportation Centers, and his formation of one of the earliest international standards organizations for EV charging, underscores our dedication to fostering collaboration and advancing the industries we serve.
