Overview
Allison Gipson is a litigation paralegal in Glaser Weil’s Century City office, where she also serves as the Firm’s supervising paralegal. She routinely assists attorneys during arbitration and trial. Allison has assisted on a variety of complex disputes, from commercial litigation to entertainment, finance, construction and real estate litigation. Her work has made critical contributions to numerous positive trial and arbitration outcomes for Glaser Weil’s clients.
Allison is a self-driven individual who excels in working independently and in group settings. She is passionate about teaching others new skills and eagerly embraces new challenges to test her knowledge and skills. Her leadership role as paralegal supervisor is characterized by her ability to manage a diverse workload and guide her team to achieve common goals as well as her talent for building and maintaining an effective paralegal team.
Allison has extensive experience attending trials and arbitrations and assists with:
- Exhibit and witness lists
- Exhibits for use during trial/arbitration
- Subpoenas
- Depositions and direct and cross-examinations
Allison has a vast knowledge of medical terminology from her prior experience as an autopsy assistant and her years of experience as a crime laboratory analyst, during which she attended hundreds of autopsies. Her investigative experience assists her in her current position in looking for patterns among documents and actions of other parties.
