Overview
Marc L. Benezra is a widely recognized “bet-the-company” litigator and transactional lawyer. He has extensive experience representing solvent guarantors, disgruntled partners, defrauded investors, joint venturers, buyers, sellers, borrowers, landlords and tenants, often acting as general counsel to these clients. Marc prides himself on obtaining outstanding results, while remaining sensitive to his clients’ unique situations and needs.
In addition to practicing law, he has proven active in giving back to his community as a board member of the Ziman Center at UCLA, a founder of New West Charter High School, an executive board member of the Los Angeles Jewish Community Relations Committee, a board member of the national board of the UJC/JCPA Israel Advocacy Committee and of the Exceptional Children’s Foundation, and chair of the Israel & World Jewry Commission.
