Overview
Sebastian M. van Roundsburg is a litigation associate in Glaser Weil’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, privacy and cybersecurity, consumer class actions, unfair competition, defamation and other high-stakes business matters.
He has extensive industry knowledge from handling matters for clients in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, software and food and beverage sectors.
Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Sebastian practiced at an Am Law 100 law firm in San Diego and held litigation roles in the UK at prominent firms recognized by The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
Sebastian holds a postgraduate diploma from the University of Law in London and a graduate diploma from Hertfordshire School of Law, where he received the Judges' Award for highest grade in class. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors, from the University of Nottingham.
