Tigran has 10 years of real estate experience, including six years as a Glaser Weil paralegal supporting the real estate department on complex matters. During this time, Tigran attended and graduated from Loyola Law School. Prior to joining the Glaser Weil, Tigran served as a corporate and real estate paralegal at an Am Law 100 firm.

Results

Tigran's recent notable experience includes his representation of:

  • Palisade Group, LLC, in the $47.5 million acquisition of two Class A office buildings, totaling 223,000 square feet, at 1000 and 1100 Dexter Avenue in Seattle, Washington. 
  • Filmmaker Jason Reitman in the acquisition of the Fox Village Theater, an iconic art deco institution in Westwood.
